The upper is made from sun-protective, quick-drying material, and the outsole is made from non-slip rubber with a pattern designed to channel water away from underfoot. The rubber material protects little feet from glass, twigs, and pebbles at the beach. These machine-washable slippers are easy to put on and can also be worn indoors. However, note that, like all other shoes, they can be slippery on wet tiled surfaces, so they are not ideal for use by the pool. There is no heel drop in this shoe, meaning the sole is flat.
